Moratorium, a contract deferred.
Crematorium, bonds embedded with love undeterred.
But this reprieve is only temporary,
The true cost will become clear in time.
No more happiness, no more merry,
a single thread remains, the thread of future sublime.
The last proof of a friend's love withers and fades.
A final wish for redemption, the one at the other side persuades
but his black heart is old, his eyes has engulfed the dark
He hums a melancholy note, ignites a spark
The spark ignites a flame, a flame that death yearns
And in the end, the question still remains whether he will blow out the flame
Or let the thread burn.
